The Firm.
Dalpiaz Law offers comprehensive legal advice and counsel to clients. Workers' Compensation Law is complex and covers many different facets. When a Workers' Compensation Board denies workers indemnities to which they feel entitled, they will often seek the assistance of an experienced attorney to represent them and lead them through the often daunting medical and legal procedures involved in defending their rights. Recognized as the Leading Workers’ Compensation Attorney in the state of Montana, as published by the Montana Department of Labor, Leslae Dalpiaz is that attorney.
When Leslae Dalpiaz first opened the firm’s doors in 1999, she was committed to doing things differently to help clients navigate their workers’ compensation claims and personal injury cases. The Dalpiaz legal team know the details of work comp law, and have a solid working relationship with insurers and work comp professionals, including insurers and medical providers. They have helped hundreds of injured workers with their claims and have secured nearly $40 million in settlements for clients.
